Tavernello Novebolle Romagna DOC Spumante Rosato Extra Dry is a 100% Italian organic sparkling wine made from 75% Sangiovese, 25% Merlot grapes from Romagna region. The second fermentation took place in a stainless-steel tank at a controlled temperature and pressure for 30 days, resulting in a classic “spumante” perlage. The colour is soft rosé with bright and brilliant reflections. On the nose, dominant notes of red fruits and hints of peach result in a delightfully fresh and aromatic bouquet. On the palate it is fresh, tasty, cruncy, with a fine and pleasant perlage. This Novebolle DOC sparkling rosé wine is the ideal Italian bubble to be enjoyed with cured meat, light dishes and desserts.

Best served chilled, between 8-10 °C.
