Tavernello Black Gold Sangiovese-Merlot Rubicone IGT is deep red-coloured wine with purple hues, obtained from a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. Hints of ripe red fruits, with remarkable notes of cherry and blackberry and a light spicy finish. On the palate it is full, soft and medium-bodied, ideal to be enjoyed with white or red meats, pasta with meat sauces and medium aged cheeses.
